Today, I'm kicking off a few commitment to myself to be more healthy. Not only to lose weight but also to create a habit of healthy eating and exercise. I'm going to be blogging over the next several weeks and months some of my thoughts and tips as I walk through this journey.
I've wanted to do this for a while but I've recently been inspired by a friend that was on the television show The Biggest Loser. I had heard of the show but had never really watched it until this season when Sarah was on. Here is her Before/After:
Amazing right?! Sarah started at 267 and ended at 148! She lost 119 lbs!!
I'm not quite 267. I weighed in this morning at 230. I never thought 150 was a realistic goal. But now I think it is possible. With lots of hard work, but it is possible.
Today is day 1. Today I will focus on healthy behaviors. Be more active. Eat healthy food.
